Angkop ba? Kung kayo ang magsusulat ng preamble, paano nyo isusulat?

Agree! The Preamble is not even considered part of the Constitution and does not carry any legal bearing. It is a set of warm, fuzzy set of wishes - tapos pumalpak pa by imploring a divine.
