imported cars servicing question

Where do those imported cars get serviced?

For example, if you buy a Toyota FJ cruiser, can you have it serviced with the local toyota casa here?

The Toyota CASA can probably help you with basic servicing but of course theres no warranty and guarantee of parts availability. Id go with a 3rd party shop with experience in doing import cars such as Top Gear, Autotechnika, and even the larger Servitek shops. What is more important is to find a source for parts really.
  • Pag Benz imported/Grey market and current model meron sila 20,000php acceptance fee sa Cats, if older model they will accomodate you without the service fee, sa PGA Cars 70k if i can remember sa Audi and acceptance fee regardless of model as long you didnt buy it from them.

Sa mitsubishi kahit imported gagawin nila, medyo hirap ka lang maghanap ng parts.

You can also bring your cars to third party shops, pero minsan di maiiwasan at yung casa lang talaga makakgawa ng problem mo, lalo na if its related to immobilizer DAS/Keys and ECU lalo na sa european cars.

In Kapitolyo Pasig you can bring it in ORCA. They specialize in imported cars especially big American SUVs. It's located along 1st St.

From the Shaw Blvd entrance of Kapitolyo, turn right on the first street after the gate and turn left on 1st St.

They use electronic diagnosis to minimize the hula/ trial and error of most non-casa talyers.

In Libis and Cubao look for Top Gear. The owner is a guy who's had stints in Ingolstadt and other places in Germany. He's also pretty much the chief mechanic.
