COE Sertipiko ng Hanapbuhay

pano po pag hindi ka maka present ng clearance or COE? termination ba katapat nun?

ganu po ka serious ang hr sa ganyan?
meron ba kayo experience na ganito? please share po..

    termination ang last option pag lumagpas ka ng taning nila..pero kadalasan eh ihohold muna nila sahod mo until makapagpasa ka ng coe at clearance sa kanila... kung nag resign ka naman sa dati mong work, kailangan nila ng kopya ng resignation letter mo na may pirma nung nag received..

    thank you, situation ko kase naka leave ako sa dati kong company tapos hindi na ako nakabalik pero nagpabigay ako ng resignation letter which hindi ako sigurado kung tinanggap nila yun, im not really sure kung naka tag ako sa AWOL or resigned. ngayon meron na akong bagong company and they are asking for my clearance and coe kase dineclare ko na meron akong experience at nag resign ako although binigyan nila ako ng 1 month na palugit..

    tanong ko po lets just say naka tag ako sa AWOL, makakahingi pa ba ako ng clearance at COE? will it affect affect my recent employment?
    waaaaaah..what should i do.... :confused::mecry:
  • ^Mag wala ka proper papers... COE , Resignation Letter or Employee Clearance mahihirapan ka mag paliwanag sa bago mong employer.

    Kase karaniwan sa pre employment requirements eh alin man sa 3 na yan.

    Saken employee clearance form lang eh... pinoprocess pa daw yung COE >_<

    Ang problema mo ngayon sir dapat dati mo pa inayos wew... pag tiyagaan mo nalang po ayusin yung clearance nyo sa previous employer.

  • yup. kahit awol you can still get your COE as long as cleared ka na sa previous company mo, like nareturn mo na lahat, ID, headset, etc then pirmado lahat ng mga relevant na tao.

    As for current employer, kukulitin ka lang nila. best thing to do is unahan mo na sila, tell them na kakarequest mo lang and it will take two weeks. they will understand it. ask in a nice way hah. usually kasi yun iba sila na may kailangan sila pa galit (masyadong defensive).... hehe

  • ako eto prob ko... 2 years nakong resigned sa company, the thing is akala ko di nako babalik sa industry nato so di nako nagpa-clear.

    ang ginawa ko lang nagpasa ako ng resignation letter, pinirmahan naman ng team leader ko, kaso wala akong copy... tapos kinalimutan ko na...

    in my defense, di rin ako kino-contact ng HR nung time na yun...

    and now, im with a new CC na ulit, and naghahanap sila ng coe, sabi ko nalang to follow pa kasi di ko pa nakukuha...

    ang question ko ngayon is pwede pa ba ako magpa-clear kahit 2years ago pa yun??? di ba magagalit sakin or pagtatawanan ng mga HR people sa old company ko?

  • just got home from the office. terminated ako. it feels bad. really badd. hindi ako naka notify ng maayos. I was tag AWOL first and then terminated. i tried to talk to them kung pwede mag resigned pero tapos na daw.. i so regret what i did.. wala na.. pangit na record. lesson learned.haay. sana hindi ako ma pa alis sa new employer ko ngayon.next week na start ng training. na sign na ako ng contract pero sabi ko dun nag resigned ako which akala ko talaga kase nag bigay ako ng resignation letter. hindi pala tinggap.
    i feel bad.. haay..so disappointed with myself. i did good when i was still there..
    sana if they find out sooner or later na terminated ako they wont get me fired. i can provide my coe and clearance though..actually im working on it now..

    anyone with the same issue?

    What if under probi ka let's say less than a month lang nag stay sa company, then nagresign ka? Need pa ba ng clearance &/ COE?

    If you plan on including this company in your resume for future job applications, then you'll need the COE.

  • a friend of mine, a lawyer, once told me, your COE is your right either you are fired or terminated or resigned, your ex employer must give your COE upon your request.

    any lawyer here can confirm that? i am not sure kasi.

    yup.. sabi nga may right ka talaga na makuha yun.. pero mag proper exit ka talaga.. kahit bigyan ka ng COE pwede pa rin malaman ng new employer mo na nag AWOL ka.. pwede kasi nila tawagan yun.. swerte mo na lang kung hindi nila tatawagan yun..
