hi mga sir/maam...

My family will get a compact car sometime late April or early May. Since I’m the one in charge of the vehicle type to get, might as well get some help from you car experts.

My family owns an Innova J diesel, & planning to get a car that will be used daily. Since my parents are out of job already, we greatly consider maintenance & gas expenses.

My choice got trimmed down to just 2 – Vios J & Accent 1.4M. A Maximum 600k is our family budget. I was about to decide on Vios but when Accent got available, it made me consider it thoroughly. Vios is already proven & dependable, but in a year or 2 (maybe max 3), will have a newer model. On the other hand, a fresh model Accent (honestly, I like it physically), but Korean. I also heard some flaws from other owners of the previous-model Accent, although I read a good review about the new one (suspension is the main concern of the writer). Please help...

Ako personaly i like the Accent more.

Dahil sa 5yrs warranty at sa ganda ng itsura.

Its best to ask the taxi drivers in your area kung ano prefer nila.

Sa accent one feedback I got is matagtag suspension, but the rest puro positive na.

Vios aside from overheating problems, a/c mahina daw sa tanghali. Those for me are major concerns.

Baka naman yung feedback for the Accent is from the last model pa. Haven't heard a peep about the suspension from owners of the new one.

test drive mo rin ang sentra meron sila 1.3 na manual ... malakas ang aircon nito at full sedan pa ang size sa price ng vios ...

But for me, get the all-new accent 1.4MT.

for me accent, ganda ng porma eh.

plus lately hyundai and kia models spec to spec mas magada na compared sa mga japanese models.

ang R&D ng hyundai at kia nasa germany, kaya ang ganda ng technology nila ngayon compared nung nag sisimula sila.

i really want the accent as well pero yung entry level nila, walang airbags. di ko naman afford yung mas mataas na model.

Yung Vios 1.3 J may airbag. Grabe buti pa yung i10 at Geely Panda ay may airbag!

the accent is value-for-money proposition and turns heads more compared to the vios though the vios is still a good choice

Ayos ang accent lalo kung mileage per liter ang pag uusapan matipid-diesel.Medyo matagtag lang talaga at may sway pag di puno ang pasahero. gusto ko nga lagyan ng isang sakong buhangin sa likod e. Pag trapik naku yung ramdam mo ang bentahe. May vios din ako pero pag yung accent ang gamit ko at may bibilhin lang yung pasahero ko ko e pwede mo na di isara ang makina habang nag aantay kasi matipid.

The old Accent looks crap kahit na maganda ang makina.

This new model looks promising. Wala pa nga lang akong nakukuhang feedback about performance, reliability and gas consumption.

Madaling masira ang makina ng 1.4 Liter na Accent gas variant. I-google mo!
