LANGUAGE SAP SUPPORT

Responsibilities:
- Provide functional SAP support for all customer, client, suppliers.
- Provide functional hepldesk support to system end users.
- Maintain all SAP users in the system and coordinate change management process for user modifications.
- Provide funtional SAP support to any foreign clients, supplier and give customer satisfaction.


Requirements:
- Open to any Filipino or Foreign citizens or hold relevant residence status here in the Philippines.
- Excellent written and verbal English Communication Skills.
- With another set of skill on different kinds of Foreign Language such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Mandarin and French with be definitely a great plus.
- With experience in BPO - Call Center.
- Excellent in giving good customer care satisfaction.
- Willing to work on a changing schedule, including night shift and holidays.
- Ability to work in an international and culturally diverse organization.
- A good team player.
- Has potential to be a trainer; comfortable to conduct training and deal with different members of the organization.

Starting salary for multilingual is 52k plus bonus and allowance.

French, German, Portuguese, English Customer Support Analyst

This position will entail supporting users in Europe/US/Asia on Hubwoo applications via phone and email. Position will also eventually be responsible for administration and training.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers realizing bidding, call for tender and transactions through our platform
- Assist customers with catalog creations, updates, and approvals,
- Assist with Supplier on boarding,
- Sending multilingual customer notifications both planned and unplanned,
- Manage customer care European and US requests (emails & phone calls) by opening tickets for each issue and handling the issue or escalating to the appropriate teams,
- Follow-up tickets making sure the Service Level Agreements are met,
- Train new clients/suppliers.
Profile:
- 1+ years of professional experience with a customer service organization in either hardware or software,
- Must be able to learn new technologies and concepts quickly,
- Must be able to communicate clearly to team members and customers,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required,
- You will be supporting professionals in our client’s organizations. Neutral language skills are essentials,

Yup it is a one day processing. If your application is positive, within the week lang you'll get a call from their HR regarding your application, pero pag lumampas ang 2 weeks at hindi ka kinontak, you can call or text their HR to followup your application.

For Multilinguals, mabilis ang processing, if you are really good, if you get interviewed today, most probably an offer will be sent 2-3 days.

@damnturkey, for the Technical analyst, fresh graduates ang preferred nila, basic salary is 25k-30k depende kung gaano ka kagaling sa interview.
