Help with home workout

Hi, this would be my first time posting here so all help is greatly appreciated.

First, gusto ko po sana humingi ng advice kung ano pong workout pwede kong gawin sa bahay. Reason kung sa bakit sa bahay lang is because I'm still studying. I'm taking up Accountancy in UST so if you're familiar with that, I'm sure maiintindihan niyo kung bakit medyo kapos ako sa oras. I have classes from Mondays through Saturdays. Sunday is my rest/jog/study-for-exams day.

So here's my physicals:

I'm a guy, 19y/o. Im thin. Height is 5'11 and has a flat tummy(That won't be much of a problem since 'di ko na kelangan magbawas ng taba. Correct me if I'm wrong.) My chest are flat. And sa totoo lang, sobrang undeveloped pa ng katawan ko.

Eating Habits:
Breakfast: Most of the time, sandwich and/or rice.
Lunch: Rice. Kadalasan pork ulam ko or beef.
Meryenda: Kung anong meron dito.(I'm sorry, iba iba kasi eh.)
Dinner: Same as lunch.

Aminado akong konti lang vegetable intake ko.

What I want to develop:
Gusto ko muna sana yung chest ko. Then yung abs and yung Bi/Triceps ko. About my legs, is jogging enough?

Pasensya na po, I'm really new sa ganito and gusto ko lang po maging mas maganda katawan ko. Salamat po sa pasensya at sa mga tutulong. God Bless! :)

ok first off,the "I don't have time" excuse is not valid....

i was working part-time, doing my individual thesis, was active in my orgs, but I managed to work out thrice a week back in college.. Don't find time, make time...

Second, if you are 120 lbs, it only means you are not eating enough, no justification will prove otherwise since every 120 lb guy I know did not eat properly

third, there are sticky threads, please do yourself a favor and read those threads first
  • If doctors and lawyers can find time to work out, so can you. Like what blakedaddy said, find time. I am sure you have some long breaks, use it.
  • I was once like you. Surfing the internet, googling 'home workouts'. But I would want to help you out by giving the most solid advice anyone can ever give you: go to your local gym, and subscribe.

There's always a million reasons not to do something. Not to brag or anything, but I study in UP. If going to the gym after school is a no-go, then do your workout in-between classes. You only have to spend a measly hour in the gym, which is in real life time, mostly wasted on loafing or chatting with others.
