A revenge from Karass would more likely to be interesting than the Holyfield fight. And how about the Klitchko-Adamek fight? That will be interesting if Adamek really fits for HW div.

Can anyone tell me when will be the Dawson-Pascal 2 happen?

No way Hopkins-Pascal is fight of the year. Pascal ran for most of the fight and Hopkins is a boring fighter in general.

Fight of the year is either Soto-Antillon or Khan-Maidana.

yeah Karass-Jones made the Pacquiao-Margarito undercard bearable

Klitschko-Adamek to happen in September, I don't know which Klitschko though

well, its the WBC (or any other boxing body for that matter) so no surprise with their selections, I do agree that those two are the fights of the year, with maybe Soto-Antillon getting the nod between the two

I think WBC proposed the Hopkins-Pascal rematch but Pascal promoter been working on Dawson which would be interesting as well. What are your thought about this fight (Dawson-Pascal)?

Adamek is going after Wladimir I read in an article. This gonna be an exciting match for Adamek I think for him to get water tested. But I still hopes Haye will finally stop ducking.

I wonder where do you get these things. Started with Adamek's cherrypicking now on Hopkins. How can't that fight being a potential fight of the year? How can you say Bhop was a boring fighter? 10 out of 10 pundits everywhere including our own Quinito Henson would agree Bhop brought excitement on that fight. That fight was spectacular contrary on what you said, and even resulted an standing ovation.

Can you explicate the details of this fight furthermore that you concluded it was a boring fight?

I think Hopkins-Pascal should happen first, its the fight fans want to see rather than Dawson-Pascal again, maybe Dawson can fight the winner of the rematch, a long-awaited Hopkins-Dawson could be a good fight

I hope they have a heavyweight tournament like the Super 6 in the 168 lb division, and please for the sake of the sport, I hope the Klitschkos fight each other (long shot)

That's what Im talking about. A Boxing Fan.

I agree with you buddy. IMO and with my own scoring, Bhop was robbed and he deserves to get another title shot before it gets too late. Thats why I was confused when the guy above said that the fight should not be a fight of the year, and even mentioned Bhop is a boring fighter. Well how could that be a boring fight unless if you only watched the highlights through YOUTUBE mins ago?

As a fan, I wanna see him fight Dawson afterwards but how about Ward at 170? Well Hopkins at his best. However, I also wanna see a rematch between Pascal and Dawson, he already found the remedy so I give him my nod. In other words Pascal is overrated.

Regarding the Super six. I doubt it will happen in HW division, they have 3 superstars that are almost impossible to set a fight each other in the first place. And besides, that tournament was being held at showtime not HBO.

yeah BHop was robbed and he deserves another shot at history, I think his point is Pascal-Hopkins is a good fight but the other two are more slambang types so much deserving of FOTY honors

I don't know if BHop still wants to go down in weight, but if there's an old man that can do it, its him

my ideal scenario is for BHop to take care of Pascal then Dawson, then maybe as you suggest Ward (since he's the new American hope), then maybe Pascal and Dawson can take care of their unfinished business,

we know BHop's a rugged borderline dirty but he's one of the fighters I admire due to what he has accomplished throughout his career and I'd like him to go out with a bang and more piece of history

as for the Heavyweight Super Six, I just suggested they follow that model, and they shouldn't include the Klitschkos (who won't fight each other anyway)

let the contenders have a tournament (and include Haye on this), instead of feeding bait after bait for the Klitschkos jab of death, let them test each other first, every HW title match has seen the same result for the longest time

I don't think Khan-Maidana could over Hopkins-Pascal in the FOTY. That Khan bout was a good fight but not that great for me when you compare it to Hopkins-Pascal. Khan floored the guy and was running late round to survive, it was all predicted (me and the entire scribes). On the other hand, nobody expected Bhop will do the same if not with the style but performance as he did against Pavlik, the real underdog but eventually the real winner. He was floored twice although the first one was a fluke but took the rest of the rounds in scorecard. Can you imagine that as he said "the kid is running away from Grandpa" lol. Sweet science at its best.

Now with Soto-Antilon, well I found the fight a very competetive and brutal one and I won't disagree that the bout can go FOTY. However, it should have been stopped late rd. 9.

I like this one, overlook ito si Dzinziruk, the undefeated WBO Junior Middleweight champion, he'l be given a chance to fight the best.

I was disappointed on Marquez backing out of a fight with Morales, interesting to see even if its already a little to late.

Ironically, Marquez backing out is good for the sport, boxing fans are actually clamoring for Pac-Marquez fight so a fight with Morales will not justify anything. It's useless because the last competitive bout I witnessed from Morales was with Diaz and he lose that fight.

However, it is more likely Morales will get a shot of Maidana. I'll give him until 8th before get KOed.
