ehem... ayaw ko sanang itanong but i have to.... kasi something just pop-out of my balls years ago and it looks like a sis does it affect my fertility or would it cause my life if i would not take it off???

You should see a urologist immediately for that. There are different kinds of cysts which can possibly grow in the scrotal area, and while some do not cause fertility problems, some may. It's not possible to make an educated guess without a physical examination.
