Correct way ng pagkarga sa baby

2 months na baby ko pero I'm not sure kung tama ba ang way ng pagbubuhat ko sa baby ko. Everytime kasi kinakarga ko sya (stay at home mom ako and wala akong katulong mag alaga) lagi syang nagwawala. Naiisip ko baka nasasaktan yung leeg nya or yung likod nya. Pag kasi yung husband or mother ko nagkakarga tumatahimik naman sya. Either ayaw nya lang sa kin or hindi talaga ako masarap magbuhat :(
Tina-try ko naman gayahin yung way ng pagbubuhat nila, belly to belly, etc.
San ba naka position dapat yung head ni baby? sa may dent ng braso or dun sa mismong braso? dapat ba leeg nya yung nakasandal dun or yung ulo nya? yung kamay na naka support san ba dapat - sa **** or buong likod?
hope makapag post kayo ng pics din kung pwede para makakuha ako ng idea. kakainis la kasi nagturo sa kin kung pano ba and akala ko by this time magagamay at matututunan ko na yung correct way of carrying her :(

LOL. The other night an African couple brought in an infant---their first. The pops picked up little buddy by grabbing one leg and one arm to the bed. I was laughing so hard inside.

I dislike carrying infants I feel like I'm gonna drop them or break them, but hopefully I know better if I have my own. I won't pick them up by their legs.

The elbow dent will be comfortable enough to rest baby's head and neck. Special attention to the neck, please! Baby can't hold if up by herself yet. Also, your arm will be able to support baby's back right down to her bums.

pinaka nagulat akong way ng pagbuhay sa baby is nung may nakita akong malaking itim na babae.. i live in the US.. siguro mga few weeks lang yung baby.. nakadapa yung baby sa isang kamay lang niya.. yung ulo nasa palm niya.. yung whole body nung baby nasa forearm niya nakadapa.. one arm niya lang buhat buhat yung baby.. baby looked comfortable though..

^that is a very common way of holding a baby. It helps calm the baby especially if baby is colicky.

Two positions:

1. Back slaps---'Heimlich' for infants.

2. For burping.

Same situation for us. It's just that since she was in the belly she did not like being touched. Touch the mommy's belly on boing, she'll kick whatever is on that area. Even during ultrasounds she kept on kicking the thing. Correct was is as is on the picture. Since your baby most likely has little head control the nap should be supported at all times.

I read this before but they said natural mothers carry their babies to the left side (regardless if they are left/right handed) because its closer to the heart hahaha. I don't know but my baby's mommy and both lola's carry her that way.

^^thanks po tama naman yung way nag pagbubuhat ko. sabi sa kin ng mom ko siguro nagsasawa lang daw sa kin and naghahanap ng ibang bubuhat minsan kaya umiiyak. anyway thanks again
