I had my interview this morning. I like the place and the work they do. The person who interviewed me was nice too. The place is simple but the people are educated and very decent, which is what I like.
the interview went well.
Its a new company, founded in 2004, if im not mistaken.
the interview was relaxed. not that much pressure.
Im not just sure how i fared. Still havent received a call from them after my interview...
:9
Hi! can you please give us some details like, what accounts do they have? how much do they offer?
how's the management? etc..?
TIA
The company handles mostly internal accounts that provide outsourcing services to small businesses. We are a small BPO that does not have huge 500 seat programs like typical call centers.
I'm the official company representative so please remember that I am biased.
The company pays competitive base salaries with performance bonuses available and awarded based on clear performance targets. Training is a big part of this company and the best way to think of it is that you are paid to develop your career.
Management understand how to run a BPO properly and worked for many multinationals before starting this company. The motto is that if employees look after the company, then the company must look after the employees.

Sorry about the delay. We are going crazy busy with the amount of applicants we have received. If you have not heard back already, we aim to respond to everyone not later than early Jan. Most of the positions have a Jan/Feb start date and we are continually hiring for the first six months of the year. I know it sucks not to hear back quickly - I hate it myself when I don't hear back.

Yep! sounds biased enough to me *okay*
Thanks for the info

I was also asked to wait for 2-3 weeks before I get a call from you. I do hope to hear from you soon.
@hbrepresentative - hi, i received a call this afternoon regarding the data entry position and was asked to come tomorrow for interview and my interviewer said that if i passed the interview, there will be a paid trial for like an hour or so for the job. is the interview difficult? after the paid trial, what will be my next step? is it like one-day process or not? tia

Sorry for the late response, by now you will have had your interview already. You can probably confirm that it wasn't very difficult.
If you get to the paid trial (depending on the role you're applying for, you may or may not go through this trial), you will be assessed and that can take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on the number of other applicants.

thanks
How did your interview go? I have one tomorrow, too.

The best way is to apply on jobstreet.com. Just search for "Henderson Blake" to look for open positions.
