Seriously though, don't pick a team before watching a match. Watch as a neutral for a couple of weeks and see if a team jumps out at you.

I dont really know how i would choose now if i didnt have a team to root for. Some people chose because of how they were raised, where there are from and if the represent something of what they stand for. Some people pick teams because of the supporters and so on. My suggestion is to watch a lot of games and see which team fancies you, and if the club tickles your mind and or if the club is associated with something you like.
