isa pa, yung lack of vitamins ba nakaka-cause ng pimples? di ba sabi nila vitamin a and e daw nakakatulong to prevent it?

Lack of vitamins does not cause pimples. Taking vitamin A and E will not help improve existing acne, either. Just check previous threads about this and post possible follow-up questions there instead.
