Monocytes Count


I was told the normal range is 0 to 7, but mine is 8. I was just told by the doctor to get more sleep to lower the count since I'm not ill and don't have any symptoms.

Could you suggest what I should eat/drink more of that will make a big impact on the lowering of my monocytes count aside from beef, fruits, leafy vegetables and milk?

I'll take another CBC test next week. I want to make sure I'm within the range by that time. This test is expensive.
