What's the proper way of shaving off hair down there...???

My GF and I are planning to shave her down there sometime. Is there any tip out there how we can do it nicely without causing irritation/itchiness?

If this is going to be a one-time trip, I'd advice against it. As the hair starts to grow back, it can be very itchy and uncomfortable for your girlfriend.

Use warm water and shaving cream. Soak in a bubble bath for a few minutes, apply the cream, and slowly shave going with the grain of the hair, from the outside (near the legs and waist) in. After you're done, wash again, dry, apply lotion on the affected part.

This is not normally done unless there's an order for diagnostic, pre-surgery purposes. Yeh, itchy when hair grows back and SHARP too OUCH!
