Towers Watson

vaevictisvaevictis Fade to Black ✭✭✭
Hi, any of you guys have any feedback with Towers Watson? Or Watson Wyatt as it is formerly known?

A head-hunting firm called me earlier, and set me up for an interview on Friday at the Towers Watson HQ in Taguig, for the position Investment Analyst.

I was told that the Investment Department is a Pioneer Unit, and was hoping for some insights from the people already inside, or in other divisions.

Thanks.

    * Edited the title.

Anyone already with Towers Watson, or knows someone inside?

    ^so how was the interview?

It went well, and was scheduled for another interview this coming week. Depending on my next interview, final interview would be with a British director, coming from the UK.

Hmmm, their office looks good, and they occupy three floors on the Marajo Tower at The Fort. Looks like a great place to work hehe.

Any other feedback for this company?

Are they currently expanding? I've also been contacted by a head hunter for the same position. How many are they looking for? You got any info regarding salary package? Thanks.

up up up, ano yun shift dito and meron din ba silang car service?

Sorry for the late reply, I already forgot about this thread. :D

Anyway, according to them, the newly opened Investment division is in need of four people, which will form the pioneer unit. Also, according to them, you can report for work between 7-9 am, and leave between 4-6 pm, depending on your time in. But regarding the compensation and other benefits, I still have no idea, since I'm still scheduled for a final interview later this week.

Again, could any other people help give us some feedback or insider info with Towers Watson? :D

Well, I was interviewed by 2 British nationals, one coming from London, and the other one from Hong Kong. Hmmm they are actually nice, and even offered me tea, coffee or Coke Light haha while I was waiting.

Mostly the interview is all about your work previous experience, and how is it a proper fit to the job role. Generally it went well. The interview went on for at least an hour though.

How to get there? Hmmm, di ako sure, pero I think I read somewhere that there is indeed a bus that will take you to Marajo Tower from the Ayala MRT station in EDSA. I forgot what route to take though. :bop:

    Hope this helps. :)
