^ i'm not sure, but from what i understand, that's just basic salary. Many firms actually offer bonuses (allowances etc) almost proportional or at par with basic salary but also in cash form.

Mine varies from $120k - $200k a year depending on how the business practice does which translates to how much commission I get on top of my base pay.

Grossing around $120k, with housing /car allowance depending on which country im assigned. and a per diem of $60/day for food and laundry.

im a consultant so per day ang bayad sa akin. very complex ang computation pag nag leave/absent. only the allowances remains constant.

and this is before tax also that is quite painful big time...
