help! just the other day, someone from j&j called me up for an invite to a panel interview which is 3 days from now.. anyone who have already experienced such? tips pls? i really have no idea about how the hell this one works..

Just like every other interview, they ask questions based on your answers to their initial questions, work experiences, school background, and of other things written on your resume. The only difference is, mas madami sila compared to your one-on-one's. Mas intimidating ang dating kas mas madami silang magtatanong pero just think of it as just another day at work and you had to present to clients or to your bosses.

Since this is J&J, I assume this is for a Marketing or Sales post? Or sa Brand activation nila?

thanks guys.. nagsend na sila ng email, nkaran pa actually kaso di ko nacheck agad kase dun *** sila sa lumang email ko nagsend..so i guess either sa school nga, sa review center or sa jobfair namen nung college.. anyway, sa Edison Road sila banda. panu ba pmunta dun if ill be coming from cavite? tomorrow na, 1:30pm *** interview.

J&J office is near Astra Zenica which is along side EAST service road SLEX. This is after the bicutan interchange. From Astra Zenica, may trike sa gilid then tell the driver sa J&J ka.

ok guys..so jnj is located in sun valley para?aque ata tabi ng skyway ba un?, dun sila sa edison road. u can take a jeep na me signboard na merville kanan (dun kayo magabang sa edsa) , ask the driver to drop u off sa robinson's supermarket. sa tabi nun me mga tric, P20 ang special, P8 pag me mga kasabay..the place is like a huge subdivision na puro factories,instead of residential houses. just dont judge the address, wait till u see the people. from manong guard to ate janitress to the HR peeps, ambabait nila!
the interview was,yeah panel..as in sabay2 kameng 5 interviewees na tinatanung ng 2 interviewers. isa-isa namen sinagot *** kada question. soon after, we had one-on-one interview with either of them.. andaming tanung sa panel, as in! pero mejo light *** **, mababait kase *** mga nagtatanung..at super ganda ni miss anna.=)
at the end of the day..i made friends with the four other applicants. ansaya! *u know urselves guys.hi!
