in the last thread i saw some inquiries about baste past pbl teams. well it will be answer in this thread. for those of you who are not that familiar and new followers of the sport here is one of them. from the core of the 90's mighty squad led by # 10 adducul, # 14 calpito, # 5 encarnacion, # 7 ocampo & # 4 tanigue (imho better than pamboy, coronel, speedy gonzalez combine ) plus ncaa superstars # 17 ralph emerson rivera (sbc), # 20 chris calguio & # 8 don king susuman (letran) & lastly uaap star # 19 bryan gahol (up). mentored by coach turo before he went back to the pba.

no offense made pero tama ka bossing. tanigue is the best point guard from baste. naalala ko nun, graduate ata ng maaga si adducul and he stepped up bigtime against letran. si adducul mukhang totoy dito. hehehehe. Bravo!!!

for me "the firefox" eugune quilban is on the top of the list as our best point guard ever. tanigue is perhaps in the 2nd place. grabe rin lumaro si tanigue talaga pag nasa loob he can control the game and most of the time outplayed his opponent. i like it more pag pinagsabay na sila ni jasper umaatikabong takbuhan & outside shooting combine hehehe!. tapos baba pa sa halftime si ritchie & jopay at yung napakaraming hot na cheerleaders natin solve na solve ang panonood ng mga miron sa mainit, masalimuot at amoy pawis na rizal memorial hehehe!.

PAGKATAPOS ng kanilang pagkampeon sa NCAA kamakailan, handa ang San Sebastian College na sumabak sa Philippine Basketball League.
Nakatakdang sumali ang Stags sa unang torneo ng susunod na season ng PBL na magsisimula sa Disyembre 12.
Ayon sa assistant coach ng Stags na si Allan Trinidad, gagamitin ng Stags ang pangalang Excelroof sa kanilang pagsabak sa PBL.
Magiging head coach ng Excelroof-SSC si Ato Agustin at ito ang una niyang pagsabak bilang coach sa premyadong amateur league ng bansa.
Idinagdag ni Trinidad na siguradong sasali sa lineup ng Excelroof-SSC sina Jimbo Aquino, Ian Sangalang, Calvin Abueva, Gilbert Bulawan at Pamboy Raymundo.
Gusto ni coach, lahat ng mga players ng San Sebastian, isali sa lineup para bigyan sila ng exposure bago ang NCAA next year, wika ni Trinidad sa Rookie Camp ng PBL sa Jose Rizal University Gym sa Lungsod Mandaluyong kahapon ng umaga. Pero ang problema, 5 players lang ang puwedeng i-protect at ang iba pang mga players, ilalagay sa dispersal draft para ibigay sa ibang mga teams.
Dahil sa pagpasok ng SSC-Excelroof, walong koponan na ang inaasahang sasali sa PBL, kasama na rito ang Oracle Residences, Magnolia Pure Water, Hapee Toothpaste, Cobra Energy Drink, Pharex Bidang Generix, Toyota Otis at Pacific Jet Star.
Ito yung tentative lineup ng Excel Roof:
