Huge pores and pimple scars?

Is there any effective way/cream/ointment I can use to help
clear out my facial skin without going to the dermatologist?
I know it's part or puberty but it's getting annoying na talaga.
I always have to wear concealer to hide my scars kasi and hassle
na 'cause it consumes so much time especially in the morning
before I leave for school.

Any suggestions?

its better to consult a derma first. . . or try with brands like,

apricot scrub
ponds facial wash
master facial wash
clean and clear
celeteque

Well if it's huge pores, you may really want to visit a dermatologist to inquire about chemical peel or fraxel to even out the texture and color of your skin.
