    List down what you normally eat in a day and be specific as possible

    if you aren't working out yet start now
  • DIET and cardio, cardio, cardio! (Eg. running, jump rope or anything that can make your heartbeat fast!) Then if you can, try to lift some weights. :)
  • same here.. 5'6 ako, 140 lbs. normal weight naman kaso mas gusto ko mabawasan talaga..

  • What worked for me was:

    1) STRICT DIET!!!
    2) Over Cardio!!!
    3) Lifting Weights

    I'm having problems with my pants since maluluwang na sila.. and some other stuffs.. hindi kinaya ng belt ko rin and I have to buy new jeans or formal wear!! Magastos talaga magpapapayat! Hihihihi! :bop:

    IF your working ur chest,
    ang routine mo dapat is
    Bench press incline, flat, decline 3 sets each.
    Dumbell flys 3-4 sets, Then Abs mo is 3 sets of kung hanggang saan kaya mo.

    The more ma hirapan muscles mo the more na mag eexpand sya at =kailangan na fefeel mo yung crunch kapag nag aabs ka

    kung mag sisit ups ka kailangan ang itataas mo yung balikat mo hinde yung ulo mo. kapag nararamdaman mo na sumasakit yung leeg mo, mali yang ginagawa mong sit up.

    question bakit kelangan madami gawin??? if you say para sa different parts of the chest... the truth is you cannot isolate the different parts of the chest since the chest is just one big muscle...

    you also need to focus on quality over quantity

    this is the biggest mistake people make thats why they don't get results... di mo kelangan patayin sarili mo to get result... mas important you progress every wokrout and track your progress..

    Well nasa saiyo yan, pero i got my results by using these methods,

    At the end of the day its what you eat, i.e. you shouldnt eat more calories than what your going to lose

    however, kung body building gagawin mo, i suggest pushing your muscles to the limit.
    if you go easy on your self, sorry pero may kilala ako sabay kami nag gym pero pareho parin katawan nya since day 1.

    based on my research. you can't burn your fats on your tummy just by doing crunches and/or other ab exercises..

    Lift weights+ cardio+diet ... yung ang tumatak sa isip ko

    tama po ba mga sirs?

    sa tingin ko po.. mas magastos ang mag BULK-up hehehehehe
    kasi eat and eat and eat and eat
    AND eat and eat and eat.. sakit sa bulsa.. hehehehe
    pero sarap talaga ng feeling ng laging busog.... hahahaha :rotflmao:
  • ^kahit magastos yung magbulk up, masarap naman kase nakakain mo kahit ano. Para sakin magastos pa rin pag pumayat kase lahat ng damit ko di na kasya ang luwag na tapos nagkaroon pa ko ng stretchmarks :depressed: kaya nag rresearch pa ko for any treatment pero wala na atang treatment para dito :mecry: Positive thinking na lang ako na mahhide naman to ng concealer kesa naman cellulites hahahah! :naughty::lol:

    Not necessarily. I don't do "body building" but I can assure out most of the guys won't be able to hang with me sa training...

    Not necessarily torture... its more of proper planning of your training and eating

    i've been lifting weights @ home as a part of my daily exercise, marami na nakakapansin at hindi makapaniwala na dumbbells lang ginagamit ko for the development of my biceps. As for cardio naman, different variations of crunches lang ginagawa ko.. nakakalose ba ng weight yun? pero nararamdaman ko namang nagbuburn sya at nagsshape ng abdominals eh.. sa diet naman minsan hindi ko makontrol kinakain ko pero mindan lang naman..

    yeah i feel you dude.. andami ko ng stretch marks below my shoulder.. dunno why it happened! tsk2..:rolleyes::rolleyes:
