3oatmeal, potato, sweet potato, brown rice, wheat bread, vegs, fruits, fish, yogurt, non fat milk, etc.
para naman sa exercise.....cardio workouts 3x a week, kahit 20 to 30 mins. lang kung beginner ka after cardio saka ka mag sit-ups and crunches for 10 to 15mins. kahit kc mag-1000 sit-ups mahihirapan pa rin lumabas yung abs kung hindi mababawasan ang body fats kaya maganda kung may cardio at syempre tamang pagkain

It would be better that the person still lifts to build muscle, which will speed up the metabolism rather than do endless cardio..
