Guys, can anyone suggest on how to flatten my tummy, on what exercise to do and what food to avoid. BTW, I'm over 30 years young.

  • try mo to pre :
    1. don't eat any solid food at least 3hrs. before u sleep
    2. try mo maavoid yung mga worst food (fat-storing) - ice cream, chocolates,pastries, fruit drinks, softdrinks, potato chips, white bread, fried foods, etc.
    3. isama mo sa pagkain mo lagi yung mga best foods nmn - oatmeal, potato, sweet potato, brown rice, wheat bread, vegs, fruits, fish, yogurt, non fat milk, etc.
    4. drink madami tubig

    ayos yan repapips, effective, pero dabest p rin kung may exercise kahit habang nanonood ka tv
  • para naman sa exercise.....cardio workouts 3x a week, kahit 20 to 30 mins. lang kung beginner ka after cardio saka ka mag sit-ups and crunches for 10 to 15mins. kahit kc mag-1000 sit-ups mahihirapan pa rin lumabas yung abs kung hindi mababawasan ang body fats kaya maganda kung may cardio at syempre tamang pagkain

  • if ako i would lift weights rather than cardio to burn fats or calories :D

    but agree that 6 packs show up if you have low body fat which a result of a good diet
  • Lahat naman tayo may abs, di lang nagpapakita sa iba. hehe. But seriously, it's a combination of exercise, diet, and good genes. I agree with Jole, lift weights rather than do steady long distance cardio. When you lift, you burn fat for several hours after your exercise bout. Mas effective yung HIIT rin kesa yung "traditional" cardio.

    Potatoes are the same or even worse than white rice...

    It would be better that the person still lifts to build muscle, which will speed up the metabolism rather than do endless cardio..

    potatoes are complex carbs and that means its better than white rice
