1. Plant yourself when standing still
Put your feet slightly wider apart than is natural, don't shift your weight. Notice how your feet feel planted. You can stay like this for long periods of time. This is how martial artists stand, it is a solid base.
2. Do not fidget, fiddle, or touch face
What do you normally do with your hands? Twitching and fidgeting is very unattractive, look around and see it in other people. It makes you look nervous. Keep your hands by your sides. Place the thump on the index and middle fingers, this removes the natural need for the fingers to constantly be doing something.
3. Dont look down
Keep your head up. If you need to look away, look up, never look down, its a sign of weakness and also looks unattractive. You can observe this in others. Looking down even has been proven to have a bad effect on your mental state.
4. Make slow head movements
High status males everywhere, on film, in business, and in your social circle have certain things in common. One of which is slow, smooth movements. Look around slowly and smoothly, dont dart around and jolt your head around like you have been drinking espressos all day long. Think smooth, think James Bond. James Bond has very attractive body language, and smoothness and lack of fidgety movements are the main elements.
5. Walk more slowly and smoothly
This is more high-status behavior. By being smooth and comfortable you give off a sense of quiet confidence. You stand out from the people rushing around. In a bar or club, slow it down even more, you will stand out, in a good way.
6. Hold your drink by your side
When you have a drink, hold it by your side. It is a blocking action to hold a drink in front of your chest.

yung nde tumitingin sa ibaba madalas natitisod... o nakakatapak ng ipot... mas bad epek po yan saking mental state :bungi:
pero may exceptions... some guys can get away with doing the opposite... which can even make them more appealing kasi may down to earth feel.
^^^ AGREE! AGREE! Agree on the exceptions that SOME (or perhaps some few?) can get away with doing the opposite, and when they do, the desired effect is multiplied and magnified.
Although I agree also with those points posted by kreuk, I should say that there are SOME who will end up looking awkward and stupid doing these (just don't know why but I think this won't work on everyone)...
^^^ and don't forget that there will be SOME who will look stupid following those:glee: hahaha
kunwari bansot ka tapos manipis katawan... tapos pamacho ka pa... parang magmumukha kang pamacho effect.
i agree sa "magnify" part. may friend ako na mahilig magbakla baklaan and pero cute yung dating. if u look good people will tend to be intimidated. so doing the opposite of the guideline will soften ur dating.
:bungi:
Usually a man develops that so-called "suave" demeanor as he becomes more self confident so nagiging natural sa kanya ang mga ganoong kilos. When one reaches that stage, hindi na kailangang de numero pa ang kilos niya kasi that's part of his second nature already.
^^^ agree naman... pwede pa rin naman maging suave in your own little way nahindi tugma sa guidelines. overall packaging parin.
meron akong kilalang guy super duper crush ko. he's 5'7, makembot lumakad... but the face is okay. gist is... hindi naman siya "pamacho" or "suave" sa kilos... pero everytime nakikita ko siya kinikilig ako... kahit na makembot siya maglakad. he has his own brand of suaveness... he is 32 yrs old but when you see him... he brings back the feel of having a high school heartthrob. hindi siya pamacho pero malakas dating.
^^^ Of course, patogenic, may pagasa ka pa kahit na mahilig ka sa sports. Maraming professional sportsmen ang suave kung kumilos when they are off the playing field, as exemplified by Tiger Woods (golf), Michael Jordan (basketball), David Beckham (soccer), to name a few.
^^^ ah e mahirap po ata gawin yan lalo na kung tumatawid po ako sa kalye... baka sa pagnanasa kong mag mukang kool, ang abutin ko po e bukool... waahhh!:bop:araykupo!

agreed. forcing it would just look awkward. perhaps what one needs to change is his perspective, not outer appearances.
