What the F, what's with this old feeling?!

Okay, it's around 3:30, and it's a bit disturbing that this feeling suddenly came out of the blue.

I guess this post would make more sense to those who actually felt that feeling of "falling in love". I only experienced it once about 4 years ago, but it's weird that it's re-manifesting itself tonight. I can't damn breathe while I asleep and my chest feels heavy. Is it even possible to feel this without having someone of interest in your mind? I was hoping typing this online for others to comment on would be therapeutic. I've been reading an interesting book lately, and it had some romance in it. Maybe it's latched onto my subconscious or something. Is my head saying I should be out there looking for that someone to feel "that" all over again? This is really weird

Or is it just a sudden urge to make love to a person you love? Or you feel that you should be pouring out your love to someone....whether you're with someone at the moment or still looking for that special someone..

The feeling wasn't an urge for some physical intimacy, it's more like a longing for someone. Funny thing though, I wasn't thinking of anyone specific. It's just the feeling, I miss that warm feeling in my heart. Can this really be happening? You know, it's like you forget to breathe.

Well, obviously I can't go rush this search, would speed dating help-out or will this just be an empty resolve on my part. This is getting pretty abstract to describe, but honestly, I can't believe that romance novels (especially for a dude! good thing I'm using a different username here at PEX harharhar) can relight that feeling. WTF?!

Yeah. It's like your life is going well and good then you suddenly feel a little emptiness, something missing, but you can't put your finger on it.

It's probably just a phase. Para bang naglihi ka lang bigla. It might be gone the next day.

^I agree. Phase lang yan. Ganyan din ako after ko mabasa yung lintek na Twilight na yon. Ilang beses din ako nagigising in the middle of the night tuwing kakagatin na ako sa leeg ni Eduardo. No joke.

Chemical imbalance. May nakain ka lang siguro. Emotions are nothing more than chemical reactions in the brain. There are pills that make you feel happy or depressed. Foods that make you sleepy or lively. Pick and make your guess. Unless na precog ka at na ESP mo yung future, baka may makikilala ka or may nasense kang nag iisip sa iyo, which is the least likely. Lilipas din yan. Pag naulit, mag alala ka.

hahaha, this is absolutely nice, at least I know it's something some other ppl go through as well

again...it is not libog, like I elaborated earlier, I wasn't in search of physical intimacy, somebody did nail it right in the head with the feeling of emptiness comment

years ago,my gf and i saw Serendipity.andami pumasok sa isip ko,after watching the movie ,to the point na parang di na ako umiimik nung pauwi kami. nabad trip sya,nag cool off kami for a week. iba na gf ko ngayon.

hahaha, that movie does make you wonder, doesn't it? What are your opinions on this so called "search"? I would think it's about exposure, opportunity, timing. Sort of like business, may mga successful because they were in the right place, the right time, the right traits. I think that it's always relative...people have different tastes and degrees of appreciation, can there even be a point in time and space where everything seems so perfect?!
