    Hello everyone.

    For reference, those who are planning to enroll in ISCAHM please directly go to this website, click on the pages and see if there is anything the website can answer. If not, please call them too so you can get your questions answered by SAO yourself, they would better know how and what answers to give you. Espescially regarding tuition fees, requirements and stuff.

    How is ISCAHM nowadays? A guy I worked with previously who was in 6th or 7th batch, not sure, said it wasnt as good as he thought it would be or compared to how I described it to be when I was still going?

    I hope Chef Ernie is still there for a few more years, I wanna enroll in pastry and train under him! HAHA

    Si Chef Pauline wala na sa ISCAHM :( Chef Ernie is still there though:) 2 sessions nalang ako sa pastry classes ( make up class actually yung egg white masses at muffins hehe. Yung batch namin di na ginawa yung beef wellington at reuben sandwhich ( buffet ). Buti nalang naturo sa short course for culinary yung beef wellington hehe:) gusto ko sana mag ulit sa ibang bansa kaso may times na natatakot ako magkamali pero naiisip ko kung di ko lalakasan loob ko wala din mangyayari. Anyway magkakaroon ng australian cert level 3 na sa school. Yung batch ata ngayon may ganun na pero yung pev batched pwede magtake ng sep. curriculum for that. If Im not mistaken may knife set na yung batch 13:)

    Pastry ka ba? Did they change the curriculum? Wow naman ha australian certification.

    NYI. Kung maguulit ka sa ibang bansa eh, sana sa ibang bansa ka na talaga nagaral! Sayang naman ang pera. HEHE Ako din minsan ganun, takot magkamali, pero we learn from our mistakes, kaya go ka lang.

    ay hindi po ako pastry:) nag short course lang ako sa pastry pero culinary arts yung kinuha ko talaga hehe:) nag short course din ako sa culinary dati. hehe.yung australian cert sa mga naka grad na inaayos pa ata nila:) hehe chef sam sana maging tulad mo kami:)

  • Interesado ako lumipat dito kasi super hilig ko magluto lalo na magbake pero tanong ko lang dapat ba magaling or at least maruning na talaga magluto bago pumasok sa ISCAHM? Super busy kasi schedule ko usually kaya hindi ako gaano nakakacook or bake panay basa lang ng mga blogs and stuff pero nakapagluto and bake na din naman ako not as much as to be called magaling or maruning talaga nga lang :(
