    coque au vin, boef borguignionne, beof blanc. almost anything na ngayon kasi available na rin ingredients dito.

    Quiche Lorraine

    Here's the steps:

    may ready made ng pizza dough sa atin,nakita ko sa SM Supermarket,yan ay pwedeng gamitin dito.Tusuk-tusokin mo yung dough ng fork para magkaroon ng butas ang dough,konti lang baka naman mabutas ng husto.

    Saute broccoli,carrots,zuchini o kaya kapag wala nito ay pwede rin ang eggplant(ifried mo ng seperate muna itong eggplant dahil matagal maluto saka mo imix sa other vegie and put some herb,salt and pepper

    mga 200 ml whipped cream,lagyan mo ng salt,pepper and mix herb

    unahin mo sa dough yung mix vegie tapos ipour mo ang cream

    bake it for 45 minutes,pero depende sa oven kasi ,basta nasa 200 degrees ang heat

    yan ang kinalabasan


    Bago mo nga pala ilagay ang dough sa form ay pahiran mo muna ng butter para di manikit sa form.

    Ayaw ko ng ham and eggs kaya pinalitan ko ng vegie.

    May Quiche Lorraine pa akong nakita na ang ginamit ay yun ngang sinabi mo pero tambak naman ng onions at poree(ano tawag nito sa atin Ka Deniz?)

    Yup,kaso hindi ko alam ang amount kung papaano nagwowork ang baking soda sa isang kilong flour.Baka mapakonti o maparami.

    use both.

    baking soda adds texture to the dough. yeast makes the dough breathe.

    one teaspoon of baking soda for every 2 cups of flour.

    nakatikim na ako ng coq au vin. gusto ko sana subukan kasi mukhang kaya naman gawin. the thing is, would it work kung ang gagamitin na wine eh yung mga cheap wines sa supermarket?

    rule of thumb lang naman sa wine is don't cook with wie you wont drink.

    don't judge a wine on price. tikman mo, if you like it, use it.

    try leu vive, a french restaurant run by french nuns inside a nunnery in otis.

    by reservations na nga lang sila so you have to call ahead.

    try la regalade in arnaiz. great stewed lamb navarin and pork tenderloin w/ port sauce. and their french onion soup is just perfect.

    what herb po ginamit niyo?

    i want to try making that "vegetable medley" dish na natikman ko last week sa resto. vegetables in white cheesy garlic sauce. balak ko gamitin allpurpose cream, garlic powder at cream cheese. pwede ko ba buburan ng italian seasoning, basil o nutmeg? palagay niyo bagay ang lasa?

    for two, bring Php.2,000.00 pwede na yun.
