Email / Chat Support Accounts | BPO

Hi! Do you know of a company which offers email/chat support accounts? And would you know what specific accounts are those? I've browsed the threads and found a couple of similar topics kaso the last post was 2006 pa. Any updates will help big time! Thanks!

sa kgb phils may ganitong account.sms support yata sila afaik.

and *** chat support naman,sa stellar try mo.meron akong teammate na dun lumipat.ok naman daw.^

nah...ndi ko alam in particular e.
try posting sa threads ng kgb(formerly infonxx) and stellar.^

I think nag lay off sila at least 600 employees sa sms account ng kgb.

Paragon has an email / chat account same as IBM Daksh, telus, Servicio, Startek, sutherland, HP, Sykes etc.

Paragon and servicio have online casino accounts. IBM Daksh and Sutherland I think is Ebay. ( But I'm not sure about it. ) Telus has a Dell CSR account if I'm not mistaken.

They usually reply to sms promos just like in smart Zed or when you order a ring tone or such phone features. There was once an accoount in sitel with the same type. I don't know if it still exists there.

I met one of the retrenched employee of KGB's sms account and she told me there's no hiring for that post for awhile in that said company. Better try other call centers which have the same type of account.

hey guys i am looking for some other non voice BPO, sa IBM Daksh at sa Telus pa lang ako try but i am still on the process of my application. just in case ano ba sa dalawang to piliin ko.

i need to know the accounts, salary, and stability of these two when it comes to non-voice accounts.
