Does anyone have any info about TRG? Sinubukan ko kasi iresearch yung company pero wala akong mahanap na info...

Ano ba yung mga accounts dito and meron ba silang openings for inbound csr?

iam from trg but i just resigned. eto yung sa emerald avenue diba? ok dito very pleasant environment kaya lang malaki tax. syempre lahat naman ng call center ay may glitch, hiring sila ngayon, you can apply here!

TRG is formerly named as Callworx (not callworkz). Sa Hanston Bldg yan along emerald ave. katapat sya ng raffles. yung baba nya ay ministop. katabi sya ng Winsum.

Not sure of the salary pero alam ko most of the accounts that they have are outbound campaign.

laineyloves, ano mga account dito? meron ba mga inbound na medyo madali? na-traumatize na kasi ako sa mga mahihirap at toxic na account...

may inbound din, madali lang account dito pero sa ngayon kulang kc tao kaya ang mahirap queueing sobra kaya hiring dito ngayon.

and yes eto *** sa emerald ave, hanston bldg. 1 to 2 years na din siya nageexist.

help naman. bigayn niyo naman ako info about this company. i'm really looking for a job right now, gusto ko na talagang lumipat hindi na kaya. may nakita ako back-office post in this co. sa jobstreet, dealing with insurance. yun din kase background ko, bpo/back-office/insurance so baka malaki chance ko dito. pero nagda-dalawang isip ako na mag-apply, wala kasi akong info about this co. major factor na rin yung salary/benefits kasi taga cavite pa ako, kaya balak ko mag board bandang ortigas, added cost din yun. and the most important thing, gusto ko magtagal dito, ayoko ng lumipat ulit. sa lilipatan kong co., yun na yung 2nd and last co. ko, balak ko mag stay aroung 3 1/2 years, na may naipon. hehe.

14k ang offer sa mga newbies and with cc experience with 11 mos or less...

16k naman if you have 1 yr cc experience

18k 2 years CC experience...

2 pa lang ang alam ko na account dito, sa inbound (Office Depot) and sa outbound (Carlson/Coverdell)

bago pa lang ako dito eh,,, hehehe

i am working as Workforce Analyst in TRG for almost 3 years na.

regarding campaigns;we have: 5 for inbound and 4 outbound. and regarding salary naman; (14-18k depending on experience pa rin) pero may incentive nmn na (5,000-1500) will depend naman sa performance grade mo and that's per month ha. pero i assure you, sobrang dali lang.

sorry guys, i can't disclose kung anu-anong accounts ang meron kame pero right now inbound and hiring namin. so i hope this info will help you decides:)
