Four divas in one show!
No one would have thought it possible. But yes, its true, and it's going to happen.
On Saturday, March 21, 2009, four of the countrys top divas are going to be on one stage in probably the biggest concert event of the year. Titled Divas 4 Divas, the show is set at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City and will bring together the Philippines Original Diva Kuh Ledesma, Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla, Concert Queen Pops Fernandez, and Songbird Regine Velasquez.
Its mind-boggling, just thinking of how the producers managed to pull off this feat. It must not have been easy, because each of them is already a star in her own right. But to Kuh, Zsa Zsa, Pops and Regines credit, all four of them cooperated to make this one-of-a-kind concert.
This early, preparations are already going on to make sure that the show will be a success. Divas 4 Divas promises four times the talent, four times the flair, four times the pleasure and four times the superb entertainment value of seeing these four remarkable female artists together in one show.
Musical director Louie Ocampo is seeing to it that each diva gets to shine onstage. Add to that the fabulous costumes, dazzling sets, mood-enhancing lights and impressive production numbers that will make it a concert you definitely wont want to miss.
The show will be on a US tour in March and May 2009.
