LA syempre. Daming Ross shops, okay na ko dun! Hehehe. Sa NY walang mga Ross, though there would be off-price retailer shops din for sure. I suggest you go there around Thanksgiving, para sa Thanksgiving sale! ;-)

Sales tax in L.A. is 8.25%; in NYC, it's 8.375%, but there are no taxes in NYC on clothes and footwear.

I would shop in NYC than LA. The sites and scenery in NYC is far better than LA.

    Ross? :glee:

OMG. Oh well, to each his own.

If you will be in NY, Go to Woodbury Commons to shop :)
About 1.5 hrs. away from NYC

Century 21 is decent if you're into discount shops.

SoHo, 5th and Madison and Tribeca area for real shopping.

Ross, Marshalls at TJ Maxx, marami kang makikitang mura at okay. Genuine articles rin naman ang mga binebenta nila di ba, what's wrong shopping in these stores? Pang masa di ba?

there you go...sinabi na niya ang dapat niyong malaman.

but just to add, there's chinatown for other stuff like small trinkets, NYC tshirts, etc (wag lang yung mga fake goods  )

outside NYC there's woodburry commons (upstate new york), secaucus outlet mall and jersey gardens outlet mall (both in nj) *okay* *okay*

^ I totally forgot Chinatown. There are other big discount stores around the Century 21 blockage. I forgot the name.

Little Italy is more for foodies harem.

/I still have to visit those outlets outside nyc. I've heard decent things about them.
