hi, im a new member here, i rarely visit the site until now that i stumble in this forum.. i read a lot of ways to loose some weight here, and im interested. could anybody tell me if cycling or riding a mountain bike can help me get rid my beer belly? im serious about getting rid of this, i jogged but right now i dont have the time coz im on a graveyard shift, after this i have a class, so i dont usually have the luxury of going to the gym. i do some sit ups, but not often. i heard of this dvd "hip hop abs" does that really work?:)
