hi does anyone know exactly what this job is about? i got a call from genpact here in alabang, they want me to come in for interview for collections...they said i call people to collect for credit cards...so that's outbound right? the girl was saying inbound so i was getting confused...also any other info on genpact? starting salary etc? thanks

gmac car loan collections yung isa nilang account ata...from ict-shaw talaga yang account na yan pero ewan bakit pinull-out ng client and nilipat sa sa sykes q.avenue and genpact (former agent ako ng ict with that account) halos 20+ teams dati yan sa ict pero ngayon 6 na lang and nanganganib pa matanggal din...yung isang TL dun na-pirate din jan sa genpact...walang sales yan puro collections lang...masaya yang account na yan...may inbound and outbound yan.super petiks.

I can refer you to GENPACT GMAC Collections account. Currently I'm with GMAC. and It would be much faster.. kasi minasn yung gaurd sa office hindi pinapapasok ag walk in. and if you were refer tatawagan ka nila agad at one day process lang... bago yung account...

Hiring ang GENPACT ngaun pero for collections. For other accounts they had stopped it for the mean time. And they would rather want applicants who were refer, rather than walk-in... if you ask me Y? I don't have any Idea kung bakit....:(

Can anyone help me get thru Genpact and refer my application? I'm contemplating of moving to an Alabang call center. I've got good reviews with genpact, I want g.e. money servicing sana but I duno how din. Is there any openings for a team leader position in collections? How or who can I send my cv? Hindi tumatanggap ng applicants dito na may previous cc experience na. Ewan ko kung bakit. Oo mayabang nako pero ang mga tinatanggap nila e yung mga dating factory worker o service crew. Yung tipong madaling lokohin.

is this from genpact??yeah why kaya??i tried to apply last week pero tinawag lahat yung mag cc experience na even my friend who's a senior rep na sa cvg declined pa rin kami lahat..i got a response from my gf that its their strategy???(hindi pa rin ako naniniwala..)baka wala na maibayad...???kasi they are known about their VERY competitive compensation...:D

sad naman kung newbies ang hinahanap nila. but i don't think wala na sila pambayad. may bago nga sila mga accounts eh.

baka kasi pag seasoned agents at nakita JO nila nagde-decline. nasasayang ang effort ng HR eh di nila pede disclose mga incentives, kasi ok pay ng friend ko dito..

pero pede ngang nagtitipid. hehe


btw, my friend receives ave of 10k per payout csr pa lang iyon. pasaway pa daw siya.
