anyone who works here.. I have an interview 2mrw with this company for TL post. I know they have outbound account and automotive account as well.

Also for those who will read this. Is it worth the risk to leave my current job and handle TL post for outbound sales ? please help thanks

unless you're currently working for a sloppy company, I suggest you stay put. Attrition rate in Minacs is ridiculously high. compensation appears good in papers though.

well i was surprise by what ive seen ... ok even though i think the center is new . there's a couple of things that i can say thats quite nice. the flatscreen at the lobby. and the AC . i mean its so cold that almost all of the employees there have jackets considering that i was interviewed at around 12pm. the only thing that i find weird is the receptionist is also the one who gives the resume to the interviewer. Also the receptionist is the one gave the exam to those who applied for CSR. So with that said if for example you arrive there the guard will give you a form that you need to fill up so even if you are done and the receptionist isnt around you will have to wait. That is the weird thing that i notice. So basically the receptionist is some sort of a human resource person as well. As for my interview it was all cool. The questions that was asked to me is something thats uncommon so i was quite surprise but it was all good. I guess for agents after you pass the exam you will be interviewed or given a call simulation because ive seen the applicants for CSR, they were waiting inside the conference room and each has its own headset but i didnt bother to ask because i got tired. Anyway i think they are still looking for CSR's that will start training this june i think the last week of this month. so try it.

Nice to hear your share of story hellmarch. So how was your interview? Did you already get the result? Cause I know its a one day process? I hope you got accepted and if you are, i also hope you will accept the offer. So in that case, you will be my TL for the new account. Ahahaha! Keep me/us posted about what happened aight?

well my interview was great. mike was really nice and he did answer all my question about the company. Well for TL he told me to wait for 4 days and then i will know if i will be shortlisted then after that have to wait again for the final interview then after 2 to 3 days if i pass the final panel interview i can decide if i take the job offer or not.

Purezlazher are you currently in training or already on the floor for the OnStar account ?

I had a former co-trainer that was accepted there. According to him more than 2x yung offer sa kanya kaya lumipat na cia. Yung account nila about sa technical assistance ng mga kotse if I'm not mistaken.

yeah... i used to work there and grabe talaga... ung boss ko di ko malaman kung ano ung amoy nya... lagi pa naman akong tinatawag non kasi laging may pinapagawang reports na syempre ituturo nya pano gawin... bad trip kc kelangan mo talaga lumapit para makita yung instructions nya sa laptop nya... lalo na rin sa IT room... 2-3 indian bosses, kulong na kwarto na maliit... gudlak na lang sa mga IT dun... pero masaya naman ung work ko doon, i just had to leave bec i had to transfer to another province (and company)... masaya ung auto account, dami kong batchmates na promoted na... bilis promotion kasi start-up lang sya halos. i think last jan 2007 lang sila nagsimula... nakikihati pa sila sa globalstride noon... they transferred sa 1800 building around june 2007.... so fairly new... but, check out the mother company's website... adityabirla.com... and adityabirlaminacs.com... it's a very impressive company... nanghihinayang nga ako na umalis pa ako, kasi sa bagong kong company sobrang daming issues sa HR, Payroll, and management...

Oh thats great to hear. So its not a one day process pala for TL application unlike agents. Anyway, hope you make it. Well im still currently under training for ONSTAR and will about to take the floor. There. Anyway, about the stinky issue, I havent encountered that Indian officer yet and I dont have plans na din. Hahaha! Well, I dont mind if he has strong smell, afterall, di ko naman siguro makakasama yun buong araw. What matters is, okay naman ang environment. Super bago pa lahat ng mga gamet and stations and computers. So far so good naman ang stay ko. Hellmarch, keep me posted about sa application mo ha.

Why why not hellmarch? Atleast I already know who will be my TL haha. Cause as early as now, I still have no idea who will be our TL. Kasi onti pa lang ang TL dun since new nga ang account.

You can find our office at 10th floor, 1800 building (DELL Building) at eastwood City. Harap lang siya ng Mc Donalds sa loob ng Eastwood. And yes, we are still hiring for wave 4 (still considered as pioneer batch). You must go as early as monday cause as far as I know after wave 4, we will stop the hiring session. If you have other questions, you can just pm me aight?

Thanks. Good luck din sayo. Well anyway, maybe they are just busy or something. You can always do an update. In that way, that will really prove them that you are interested with the job. And this also applies to other applicants. Just like what happened to my friend, she initially fails the interview, but she texted back after and asked for a reconsideration. hehe. There, she got the job offer.
