Ban Na Ba Ang Nursing Graduates Sa Call Center??? — PinoyExchange

Ban Na Ba Ang Nursing Graduates Sa Call Center???

"how long are you gonna stay in the company if u..."
"do u have plans going abroad..."

kaya try mo sa ibang call center.. like sa PS (#755-2600) or sa CVG (#555-5284).. or you can also try na dun mag apply sa mga call centers na yun mga grad talaga ng mga medical allied courses like nursing ang preferred.. like HTMT (#434-5254) for their health care account.. :D

    I agree with ArchangelAzrael...

In addition, you may want to read this for additional input...:)

    Take a guess...

1.) Are Nursing Graduates banned in call centers?

yung friends ko nursing student sila, they're in TeleTech, APAC, HSBC,

IBM DAKSH/ IBS/ ACCENTURE
  • i was told na ayaw ng maraming call centers sa nursing grads. that's what my friend from teledevelopment told me eh diba daming call centers ang hawak nila. concerned nga sila on how long are you gonna stay in the company. but sa HTMT gusto nila ng nursing grads kasi me health account sila.
  • well most nursing grads just finished taking the board exams nung june....tapos they get their results by August right? so ang plans nila is work while waiting for board results....thats more or less three months....tapos yung 3mos na yun almost two months yung training.....so work sila for 1 month tapos goodbye na....do you think anyone wants to hire that type of employee? Nursing graduates are not banned.....just be sure to explain to your inteviewer why you dont plan to pursue a career in nusring....even if its just for the meantime....

no. sa amin nga, dapat lahat nurses and requirement na US licensed (NCLEX passers) ang agents though we have accounts that require only the local license.

well, my sister is a RN and last year, while waiting for the results of the board to come out, she tried applying sa PS. before JO, they were asking her to sign a waiver, and i explained to her why they were doing so...

ang dami kasing mga nursng graduates na once they get their license, or once they find out that they pass the board exams, they resign from the company that they work in...in this case call center companies. so, in the side of management, may potential man 'yung tao, iniisip din nila 'yung attrition rate in the future.

Equal Opportunity Employer ang Accenture but you have to take note that most of the accounts here have 1 year bond...

Tapos tulog ulit!
  • ^ haha true..... i know a lot of nursing graduates who didnt pass the board end up applying in call centers but not hired. I told them not to be desperate in finding jobs as soon as possible cause it will surely reflect on how you apply jobs especially on interviews you cant say i didnt pass the board exam so i need to work asap something like that.

medical transcriptionist is a good alternative from call centers although the salary is lower.
  • @ conan69
    mababa ata sweldo pards lol

    @the_registrar
Don't loose hope I'm sure your future employer is just around the corner.
  • eh di dapat di sila nag nurse kung mababa sweldo. kung titingin sila sa pera it means their protecting their interest, eh di dapat yung call center company should protect their interest as well, meaning dont get nurses or kung kukunin may bond dapat. lamangan na eh
  • Point taken ^^. Overseas employment talaga target nila hinde d2 kaya the best ang call centers for a temp. job for them.
