but please bear in mind that the info is not final. confirm this with recruitment ok? they do accept undergrads and they would require you to submit your classcards or at least a high school diploma. they do not provide training allowances- during training you will get the basic salary. bonds are dependent on campaigns assigned to you. i can include you in the preliminary phone interview, all I need is your name and mobile number.

Our application process is basically the same as other call centers. Applicants will go through the following processes: initial interview, exams, final interview and job offer. Higher positions will be series of interviews but documents need to be available to check authenticity of facts given (certificates, old certificates of employments, promotions, salary increase, et al). Benefits are almost the same as other call centers.

We have 2 recruitment offices: Makati and Pampanga, bring along an updated resume, IDs (SSN card and NBI clearance). If applying in Pampanga: look for Gayle and if Makati: look for Nini.

gasoline.girl: apologies but I cant provide details. i know you would understand about confidentiality clauses but feel free to check our website. compensation packages varies depending on your experience and interview results. if you have friends who are engaged in the collection line of business (may or may not be from iQor) - they can confirm that it is highly lucrative because of the basic and commissions earned.
