saan ba makakabili ng mga ice cream machines? yung pang mass production ha...not the ones you see in fast foods na parang dispenser (soft ice cream ata tawag nila dun) hindi ganun... and certainly not the portable ice cream machine na pang bahay...

yung pag gagawa ka ng baso-baso na ice cream and 1/2 gallon to 1 gallon, etc. parang selecta or acre...or yung gaya sa mga stalls sa mall na gallon-gallon tapos ginagamitan pa ng scoop... im sure may machines sila pang gawa ng ice cream.... saan ba makaka bili ng ganoong machine?

or

yung maski yung pang gawa sa Dirty Ice Cream...im sure mass production din ang gawa nila... saan ba makaka bili ng mga machines or mixers for that?? mga magkano kaya?

meron din ba seminars/ class for ice cream making/business??

    may shop sa complex na katapat ng manila memorial park along sucat road. Nasa right side kung galing ka ng sucat exit. nalimutan ko name ng shop eh pero they sell ice cream machines.

    Hi, its not that I want to discourage you from having your own ice cream business, pero I put up one - novelty ice cream stall sa mga mall and mahirap din yung kita. For one thing now, the big players like selecta & magnolia already sells a scoop for P5.00. Ang hirap labanan when yung ice cream ko na hindi pa kilala is selling for P10 a scoop. Plus, since hindi naman mainit sa Pilipinas all the time, ang hirap ng kita plus magbayad ng monthly rent. Hope this info will be useful to you.
