Guys I learned from the other thread that SPRINT is probably the most difficult call center account. On the other hand, what do you think is the easiest call center account? And Why?

    does anybody here have an idea where i can submit my resume if i plan to work as an english tutor to korean nationals here in the philippines?

    i have been hearing that there are exclusive schools somewhere in tagaytay city catering to this field but i just dont know the name and the exact address..can somebody out there help me get started? i mean, not necessarily in tagaytay alone, but if you happen to know any school that has this need for english tutor, please let me know..

    Any non-voice/email/chat account would probably be the easiest. I heard the non-voice account over at TeleTech Bacoor have their agents practically on petiks mode most of the time, since they finish their work within an hour (and have their whole shift in aux mode--I wish I applied for that account :rotflmao:)

    kala ko more on routers mga taga l2s.. madali nga yan.. mahirap nga daw yung sprint, 7 out of 10 calls puro mura aabutin mo.. hehehe

    (verification & gathering basic info -business data lang), pero pinakamadali ang D&B kasi mas kilala siya sa US. tapos sa inbound DIRRECTORY ASSISTANCE (INFONXX/ FIRST SOURCE northgate alabang, don't know the others?!) &
    FOOD ORDER TAKING (TELUS marketmarket) ... :bop:
    these accounts are easy, the program itself hindi complicated matutunan...

    2-3 days lang gamay mo na program. Kung may product training man, maybe it will focus more on the client's nationality/geography/history.

    Tapos ang pinaka stress lang eh... kapag irate, indian, chinese, seniors(oldies) kausap mo, or QUEING... its easy, pero nakaka-dry ng lalamunan...
    sunud-sunod ang tawag... or worst minsan BARAT magpasuweldo ang account... or NO CASH INCENTIVES.

    in 2mins, pwedeng mo nang i-close yung call.
    Yun nga lang, since sobrang dali nung acct, mahigpit sa quality.
    Kapag mga 2 months mo, kahit nakapikit/antok mode, pwede kang mag-call. No exag!

  • I came from Sprint together with nextel account the hardest account in the entire call center industry --- as for me.

    On the other hand, I transferred to other call center and handled People PC the easiest account and the most that I earned per cut off is 24K with all the incentives. Kaso na transfer sa provincial site kaya lipat ulit sa hardest account which is EXpedia.
