help: condos or apartments near Mapua

in Mapua Institute of Technology
hi Mapuans, help naman po.. i'm an incoming freshman sa Mapua Intra and naghahanap po ng accomodation.

i prefer condos or apartments since magsasama po kami ng kuya [studying in a different college] ko sa isang bahay.. so hindi po pwede akong mag-dorm.. kung may alam po kayo.. help po. :)

inside intramuros, pwede ring outside intra basta malapit-lapit. need ko rin po ng details.. like kung may idea kayo about sa price, yung facilities, kung paano ang byahe papuntang Mapua, etc.

sana po may makatulog, thank you. :)

    sa pagkakaalam mo my bagong bukas na condo sa tabi ng SM Manila ( yung bagong gawang building). Nakalimutan ko lang kung anu ung pangalan nun. Walking distance lang yun sa Mapua.

    I remember nung frosh kami, we would always buy Mapua shirts whenever there's a new design. :lol:

    problem ko din yan dati, "san kaya makakabili ng Mapua shirt?" :rotflmao:

    regarding your concern, may "condo condo-han" sa likod ng Mapua. and nearest condo ay sa may vicinity na ng SM nga siguro.. In Taft, there are lots of condos there. Name it, EGI Taft Tower, Burgundy, Ivy Hill, Kassel Suites, Torre Lorenzo Tower, Citiland etc. There are apartments din naman inside Intramuros. Try to roam around Intra, you'd see advertisements posted on light posts. :)

    Sa mga Sports wear shops, meron... Ang gumagawa yung UNIVERSIDAD. NCAA/UAAP schools and ginagawan nila. Medyo mahal nga lang.

    Pero may magandang designs naman. :)

    alam ko nung naghahanap ako ng dorm my condo jan walking dstance lang sa mapua.bago xa mga 10 thou ata or 15 thou.aus lang ung place mejo maliit lang,i think.pero my cr at my kitchen pero mal;iit lang talaga.excluded ang bills.

    sa magallanes dormitory meron din.14k good for 4 people di ko lang nakita ung loob kse dorm ang hanap ko nde condo.

    Oh yeah, guys, thanks again for the help. I've found a condo na.. sa may Vito Cruz, yung Cityland [Vito Cruz Towers]. :)

    I'm all set for Mapua. Actually, almost lang. hehe. Enrollment pa tomorrow.. and flight to Dubai the next day. I'll be back in a month and preparatory classes on June. Walalang. Share. :D
