Now for the “mean” business-like stuff; please read below and do not buy merchandise if you do not agree to these terms. They aren’t all that harsh or difficult and they save us both a lot of hassle in the long run.

REFUND/EXCHANGE/GENERAL MESS UP POLICY: Due to the nature of the item, refunds are not available. Exchanges will be given for defective discs only. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery and the disc must be returned to me within 7 days to qualify for an exchange. You are responsible for the shipping of the defective disc back to me, and I’ll cover the cost of re-shipping a new one to you. If you send a defective disc out and use a tracking number, email me the number and I’ll send out your new disc as soon as I see the bad one got mailed out (that’s quicker than having to wait for it to show up in my mailbox).

If for some weird reason I mess up your order (like give you two copies of the same thing instead of two different items that you ordered.. or more frequently, there have been issues where a song or two have not made it onto a CD), let me know and I’ll get the right order to you. I of course will cover shipping on my mistakes. Honest mistakes happen and quite frankly, working with 10 orders at a time kind of crosses your eyes from time to time.

SHIPPING: All Compact Discs and DVD Set items are sent out first class mail with tracking numbers (Air 21). This is to protect both of us. Additional fees will be added if you choose to mail it using different courier company depending on their rates. Insurance is optional for all items. If you want insurance let me know when you pay. Once the items are dropped off at the courier company, my responsibility ends. Personally, I trust my courier and yours too... it’s the mail centers in between that worry me!

90% of all items are sent out the day after you pay and many times if I can get to the courier office quick enough, I’ll send your stuff out the same day. Saying that, please keep in mind that I work full-time as well.

PAYMENT: Payment must be made via BPI FAMILY BANK DEPOSIT after you confirmed your purchase. This is for serious buyers only. If for some extenuating circumstance prevents you from paying (and I do mean extenuating), please contact me. I realize emergencies do happen.

I only accept BPI FAMILY BANK DEPOSIT for purchases. Please do not ask if I accept other forms of payment.
ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, & DIRTY RUMORS: Finally, if you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

DVD PACKAGE: It includes a colorful cartoon character CD wallet; High Quality DVD/CD’s labeled with colored stickers, highly organized, packed, & sealed weighing 1.6Kg’s.

    25. MOSBY’S MEDICAL ENCYCOPEDIA CD ROM

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Mosby's is one of the biggest names in American medical reference. For 75 years flu victims in Fresno, syphilitics in Seattle, plague carriers in Peoria, and hypochondriacs in Hackensack have been checking its authoritative pages for the right terms, drugs, and treatments to go with their conditions. And now it's been made even easier to scope out your symptoms with the one-disc Mosby's Medical Encyclopedia CD-ROM, containing just about all there is to know in the field of contemporary medical expertise.

The format is admirably clear. A column on the left of the screen indicates the various available sources on the disc. Click on each to access the subsection you want. Most useful is perhaps the encyclopedia itself, which gives plain, lucid, informative definitions of some 20,000 medically related terms. Below the encyclopedia is a very handy drug guide, affording the scientific background and uses of multifarious pills, medicines, and remedies, from ibuprofen to Intaferon, temazepam to Tixylix. Equally interesting is the human atlas, which diagrammatically maps nervous, lymphatic, muscular, and digestive systems, amongst others. The on-disc Internet guide, which links you to pertinent Web sites and apposite net addresses, is pretty cool too.

I applied in Vermont, after 4 months of waiting I was approved. It was stated that I have 1 year to register to Pearson Vue. I think in your case 2 years ang validity ng California.

I registered (paid for $200) na right after 2 days and then I received my ATT a few hours after. And dun naman sabi na I only have 90 days to take the exam. Maybe in California, you have at least 1 year to take the exam. Gets?

I schedule my appointment thru phone. Nakalagay naman dun yung number eh. Outside US kasi, hindi ka pwede mag-schedule ng exam online. And there will be another fee of $150.

wala me experience sa hospital, pro naka pag exam na ko ng nclex.
  • jay08jay08 Member PEx Influencer ⭐⭐⭐
it's not true..kase they won't ask about your work experience basta you have an eligibility from a state pede ka na magregister for att then for the nclex..yung experience varies from states na nagbibigay ng eligibility. CA for one does not require hospital experience para makakuha ng eligibility. TX ata or IL requires hospital experience

Just a reminder lang, NCLEX and Licensure as a US RN are not the same. Isa lang sa requirement ang NCLEX and you must still satisfy all the other requirements of the State BON of your choice, like CGFNS CES, CGFNS Exam, IELTS, TOEFL, etc..depende sa State. Minsan kasi yung iba pag sinabing NCLEX, akala nila yun na yung pinakalicensure, so tinatanong nila agad kung "paano mag-apply ng NCLEX". Passing the NCLEX doesn't mean US RN ka na. Yung iba di nagrerelease ng license pag wala kang Social Security Number.

To answer your question, most of the State Board doesn't require any experience at all. Even for immigration as a nurse (but of course preferable pag experienced RN ka).

I suggest that everyone here, who wishes to be licensed in the US, to inquire first on your choice of State BON. I'm pretty sure that all of them has their own website, and quite helpful too. Just googe them if you want. Type <insert name of State> Board of Nursing. If, still, you have some clarifications. People here on PEx's PinoyNursing may be of help.
    hehe

    God Bless!

question..with the retrogression,,yung mga nclex passers diyan nakapunta na ba ng us? kasi kung nclex passer ka nga tapos hindi ka naman maka-alis abroad pano na yun diba?

    which state easiest to apply?
  • juliovalientejuliovaliente "high and dry" PExer
people should really stop taking courses because of trends. A lot of degree holders end up in call centers anyways...which state easiest to apply?
