how to renew registration your car when you lost your original copy of your OR??

guys paano kung nawala yung original copy ng OR ng kotse mo? paano mo sya mapapa renew registration sa LTO?

bali may xerox copy ako ng OR at original copy ng CR, yung OR lang yung nawawala.. what are the steps to be taken? how long would it take? and may additional fees ba to sa renew registration?
