strange thing happened while working out

guys, something strange happened to me, and I don't know how to explain it.

I was doing my once a week workout, and I was doing my second to the last excercise, for my hamstrings, the lying leg curls.

So the usual 3 sets of 10 pero nung ikaw 3rd set ko, me and my buddy was kinda being competetive so instead of the usual 10 reps, ginawa kong 12, i still remember gaano ka intense yung 11th and 12th rep, i let out a scream and finished the 12 rep! 1 last rep ika nga nila.

so that was it, as for regular gym rats here in PEX, ang sarap ng feeling diba? so yun nga after ng 12th rep ko, tayo ako tapos i was really spent, but again, walang masakit, pagod pero intense! so upo muna ako para magpahinga..

pero napansin ko, habang nagpapahinga ako, pabigat ng pabigat ang katawan ko, hindi naman hilo, pero talagang pagod lang, konting nauseous nga eh, sabi ko sa barkada ko na tama na yun for today (last excersice ko kasi was for forearms lang eh)

tapos nung nasa locker room na kami, hindi parin ako nag rerecover,pabigat ng pabigat ang katawan ko, hanggang hindi ko na makayanan, parang mahihimatay ako! tinawag ko yung fried ko sabi ko tulong, tapos yun, tinulungan nya ako maka tayo, nag lipit ako ng gamit ko (pilit) tapos lumabas na kami

sabi ng friend ko ang putla ko raw sobra

then another strange thing happend! biglang nagkaroon ng tingling sensation on both arms ko! from armpit to the fingertips! you know the sensation pag nadaganan ninyo ang kamay ninyo habang tulog kayo? na pag ginalaw nyo ang arms nyo parang a million pins pricking you, yun ang naramdaman ko, my goodness takot na takot ako!!

tapos nung nasa lobby na kami ng gym, umupo muna ako sa sofa then after a few minutes, I started regaining my strength, nakaka pag salita na ako without any slurs tapos nawala narin yung tingling sensation ko sa arms ko.

tapos after a few more minutes ok na ako, sabi ng barkada ko ma putla parin ako pero getting better na, tapos yun na, eh di naka uwi narin ako...

habang pauwi ako, pagod lang ang pakiramdam, parang nag basketball ng limang oras...hehehe

so what happened kaya? :eek:

    AND IF U WNT A GOOD WORK OUT (UNG TLAGANG DAMA MO) NA SULIT SA BINAYAD MO, SUBUKAN MO MAG ECLIPSE

    electrolyte or fluid imbalance. hindi lang naman water ang nawawala sa katawan mo when you work out. its also possible if your sugar levels are near the borderline hypoglycemic.
  • pa-check-up ka na rin, bro. pa-ECG ka. di ako pro pero i can say that you probably suffered from a mild stroke brought about by an irregular heartbeat after that intense work-out.
