  • I've never had a problem with re-entering the Philippines as an Australian citizen - we're not even required a visa unless we plan on staying indefinitely in the country.

Although entering Australia as a temporary visitor is becoming increasingly difficult - petitioners must post an $8000 bond to ensure their temporary visitor doesn't go TNT.

Anyone know about studying as a foreign student at the universities there in the Philippines?
  • $50.00 in any passport given to them guys is a valid visa in the Phils!

The requirements are basically the same. Just some added extras... like, if you're not a Filipino citizen anymore, you need to give the school you're applying to a copy of your student visa here in Manila... stuff like that.
Check the homepages of the schools you're interested in for more info about their requirements regarding foreign students.
Are you planning to study here??
