I havent turned right there yet... but there should be a sign that says "turn right only on green signal" (or something like that) if ever. The vultures that hang out in the area are the MMDA boys and the Pasay brownies.

The modus i usually see in that area is in the U-turn slot where they pull over those who "swerve"... kinda frustrating coz those i see them pulling over (even on a sunday morning) are those families on the way to MOA to enjoy their day together then these f**king vultures ruin it all because (chances are they were not too aware of the U-turn slots and were probably avoiding the buses and jeeps on the right side thats why they had to "swerve") .

I was a victim of the 'swerving' along EDSA's U-turn slot near MOA. For me, it is a TRAP. Di ba, if we are coming from EDSA, we should stay at the left side part since at the right side part is for PUVs. So, kung bago ka sa place, you would be trapped if you stay at the left side. Dapat nakipag-away na lang ako nun. Hay. ><

I got stopped near MOA because my passenger was not wearing his seatbelt. Kakasakay pa lang nung pasahero ko, and he was about to put his belt on, when I got the car rolling. I swear, wala pang 5 seconds at ang bagal pa nang takbo ko (kasi I was stuck behind a jeepney loading passengers) and the MMDA guy jumped out of nowhere and stopped me. Nakiusap na lang ako and he just gave me a warning.

Muntik na. Passing under Roxas flyover MOA-bound, I moved to the right lane to avoid the U-turn lane. Aba e itong isang demonyo ni Fernando pinapahinto ako. Di ko pinansin at tuloy lang ako hanggang sa may Petron. Kung may hahabol wala silang mapapala. There were neither solid nor broken lines there, so walang violation.
It's an MMDA jurisdiction, deputized lang ang mga gunggong na choco boys ng Pasay.

yun sa corner ng bluewave from MOA, you can NOT turn right on red signal. ingat din sa beating the red light even orange light pa yata. mabibilis din yan mga yan nakamotor sila ng walang helmet.

hinde ko sure kung meron silang sign na no right turn on red signal...
pag walang sign, pwede mag right.... so wag kayong papayag papahuli kung ganon yung situation.

pero sa pagkakaalam ko ang general rule ay no right turn pag traffic light, maliban nalang kung may karatula na turn right anytime/turn right with care. o may divider. magulo kasi systema ng kalsada natin, magpunta ka manila iba nanaman ang syste, sa edsa iba din. sa commonwealth iba din.

ang nakakaasar pa diyan mas inuuna pa nila yung huli nilang isda kesa sa trapik, nakakatrapik na nga huli parin salit na sitahin nalang.

pero kung iisipin mo ng mabuti... hinde nag make sense kung yung sign ng turn right anytime or turn right with care yung ilalagay nila.... instead of putting the no right turn on red signal...
pag no sign, no traffic violation... simple as that... wag niyo nga lang awayin yung nanghuli.. just reason out...
nangyari na sa akin yun... pero pinakawalan ko.. kasi wala naman talagang violation... pero sa ibang lugar, hinde sa moa.

They tried flagging me down because "swerving" din ako... However, after a quick assessment of the situation (tingin kung meron silang motor), I decided to just speed away. Pagkanan ko sa intersection after the Uturn nag 160-170 ata ako... sabay kanan sa World Trade Center kasi dun naman talaga ako papunta for an event.

Bottom line is kalokohan yung mga ginagawa nilang paghuhuli dun!
