Chrome cleaner and Sony Head Unit

What's a good chrome cleaner? In the past week there has been constant rain here in Manila and I have been noticing specks of rust on the chrome trim of my car.

Also, does anyone have a Sony Head unit? the one where you can just plug in a flash drive? any feedback on it? Pros vs Cons?

What kind of chrome does you vehicle have? Real chrome or chrome finished plastic?

For real chrome (metal), Autosol is a very good cleaner. They are available in most mall hardware stores.
