    Maybe you're overdoing it. Try reducing the intensity or the time of your cardio session.

  • Hindi ka siguro kumain bago mag treadmill...gustong gusto ko nga yung treadmill kasi pinapawisan ako......feeling healthy everytime I work on it! Pero first time mo sigurong mag treadmill kaya na hihilo ka....

    Masasanay ka din after 1 week I think!

  • Did you do your warm up before you hit the treadmill? Stretch your muscles first and when you hop on to the treadmill, start off slow and work your way up. Kung bigla mo lang tinira sigurado mahihilo ka.

    You should try to a low intensity and 30mins is too much. Make it 15mins only.

    And very important yung part na nag Cool-Down ka, you should take 1-2 minutes Cooling Down... *okay*

    Ang exercise na magagawa ko kasi ngayon ay puro cardio lang so ginagawa ko 30 minutes na iyon since ang recommended minimum na exercise is 30 min a day diba (at least 30 minutes).

    Yeah nagsestretching ako tapos tsaka ako nag tetread mill.

    Parang iyong hillo na nararamdaman ko parang magaan iyong ulo? Parang feeling ko after ko magtreadmill eh nag tetreadmill pa rin ako.. Anybody nakaexperience nito?
  • ^ yup that's not hilo. It's kinda normal. I experienced that.

    You can avoid that by making sure that before you get off the treadmill, you do a cool down, meaning, maybe a few minutes of treadmill using a much slower speed.
  • possible reasons kung bakit ka nahihilo after 30 mins of walking/running on a treadmill:

    low blood
    lack of sleep
    o.a sa pagttreadmill, haha, i mean, nasobrahan ka siguro :) 10-15 mins lang, wag mo pilitin for the sake na maburn calories mo sa katawan, next time ka na pag 30 mins pag kaya mo na, unti-untiin mo lang. :)

    baka po bigla kayo nagstop.usually fitness trainers advise people to stay at the treadmill like for a minute after their walk/run at the treadmill because your vital signs are elevated due to the exercise thats why when you suddenly stop it makes you dizzy coz it aint stable yet

    dapat talaga mag cool down.... pakiramdam ko nasa treadmill pa rin ako nung first time ko.. hehehehe :)

    just take it easy.. parang weights din yan, start slowly and work your way up..

    Ganyan din ang naramdaman ko, nahilo ako ng todo, nung may umutot ng pagkabaho baho nung tumatakbo ako sa treadmill...Bigla nalang umikot yung paningin ko nung na-amoy ko!

    had an experience sa isang matanda na tumabi sakin sa treadmill... ok na sana, kaso hinga ng hinga e ang baho baho naman ng hininga.. (not an old lolo kind a guy, mga 50's na ata) naputol tuloy training ko ng di oras.. lipat sa ibang treadmill... rude but hey, i can't get work done because of mr. poor hygiene

    anyway seriously, kaya "nakakahilo" ang feeling after running the treadmill esp. for beginners kasi di sanay ang katawan natin sa pagtakbo, esp sa controlled speed na mabilis. remember running the treadmill is much harder than running the track, at the track no pressures on keeping up with a certain speed, while at a treadmill, you have to keep up at the set pace, else, you kiss the floor.

    parang naninibago lang katawan natin sa treadmill experience. over time mawala din yang feeling na yan. i would suggest slow down on the first 2 minutes, intensify the speed on the third and rest slowly on the last 2 minutes. cool down would also help a lot.
  • it because the treadmill has shock absorber kaya nag bobounce sya kaya nahihilo yung mga first timer sa treadmill.
