Tried to search for any existing thread but looks like there's nothing posted yet... :)

Is VXI a good company to work for? I've heard they offer 22k basic pay for the CSR post, AmEx account, excluding performance bonuses and others... Quite high compared to other sites with credit card accounts...

    vxi yung nasa tower 2 rcbc yeah sobra taas ng pay dyan but like dell, medyo toxic mga accounts.. american express (in) and at&t (out).. but di naman kasinglala ng at&t ang amex.. info overload plus hard selling sa at&t then sobrang queueing sa amex..

    but everything else is rewarding.

    :) hi eneryone... I'm from Etelecare currently groomed as a supervisor... I declined the offer because I will be assigned in Alabang. I live in Project 7. I enjoy my current job and love my company however we are located in Makati... so when I saw the Bldg. in Munoz I was happy because Call Ceneters are also booming in this area also. I've heard VXI pays well...I am not actually after a high position... what I'm after this time is of course the convenience. Are you guys open for Supervisory position? If I won't be hired as a TL, do you guys have premium to experienced agent?

    does anybody knoe named jb here? heard hes a team lead of sort. ive heard him from a friend. sed hes pretty 'bolero' and still courts eventhough hes olredi attached. i wanna know if this is tru, abt the attached thing, bec my friend is starting to like him. if uve encountered this with him and want to just keep it secret, just pm me.

    P22000 ba talaga dito? eh bakit nung nag-punta yung kakilala ko dun sa Munoz ay P12000 lang ang offer sa kanya? eh currently employed na sya with 1 year CC exp pa.

    anong position ba yung P22000? outbound CSR? kasi alam ko outbound lang yung malalaki ang pay.

    Sis, may opening sila for CSR, mag-walk-in ka na lang doon sa VXI Mu?oz. be sure na before 10AM ay nandun ka na kasi may-cut-off sila doon.

    i really don't know kung P22T talaga kasi yung ibang nabigyan ng JO sa VXI Mu?oz ay nakita ng kakilala ko nasa P12T lang daw. although di na nya naitanong kung anong position yun.

    nasa AmEx yung 22k, 18k sa AT&T.. heard that from a former teammate, SMI/SME (parang floorwalker) sa AmeEx VXI in rcbc..

    Yup,true ang 22k basic pay dito sa VXI AMEX account.But for trainees,20k muna ang basic.Regardless,ang mga trainee dito sumesweldo na agad ng 10k per pay out! at every other friday ang sweldo.Di mo namamalayan,sweldo na naman!Warning lang,super toxic po talaga ang account.Strict when it comes to attendance ang mga bosing dito.Preferred ang may Credit Card experience dito.22k is just the basic pay,but this is the only inbound account na may comission when it comes to performance at customer satisfaction.One agent can even get 19k net sa isang payout because of customer satisfaction.Were just talking about inbound pa lang.Meron din ditong Inbound sales at mas malaki ang sweldo syempre.This is one of the toughest account in the call center industry ngayon.Mas matindi pa minsan sa TSR job details.Rewarding naman,once youre certified na.NO JOKE maging AMEX representative.If you got certified here,dun ko pa lang masasabing YOURE ONE OF THE BEST CC AGENT SA PILIPINAS!
