kung nakabili na ba kayo ng bahay at lupa, kotse etc. sa pagiging agent nyo...

    Nerd here.

    I am about to begin my call center job with Sykes come April 2. This is how I intend to spend my salary:

    -extensive preparation for the CPA Board Exam
    -Spanish lessons in Instituto Cervantes (since Multilingual Ereps get higher salary)
    -French lessons in Alliance Francaise
    -German lessons in Goethe

    I also intend to take lessons about Quickbooks and SAP Financials in Informatics Makati as well as Fasttrack Solutions. So basically by the time I become a CPA in 2 years, I will already have solid experience in being a Financial Representative, have capability in speaking 5 languages, and have working knowledge in the programs used in businesses.

    TV, DVD System (Mini Home Theater), Ref, Fan, Cp, Aircon, Bed, Gas Range, Cabinets and other stuff sa house.. soon PS2... (im living on my own na eh.)

    *Appliances-gas range, ref, tv, vcd, dvd, damin ko ring DVD collections
    *Furnitures-sala set, nice bed, wooden and plastic cabinets
    *Travel-locally and within Asia
    *Help sa pag-aaral ng 2 kong kapatid, pundar din yun di ba?
    *second hand na ninja bike (naghati kami ng husband ko)
    *Cellphone, dami ng nagdaan sa mga kamay ko
    *PC
    *Digital camera
    *Personal stuff, dami nun
    *House and lot na hinuhulugan ko till now
    *Savings, not much though

    So there, call center almost paid for all the things I needed and wanted so far. And yes, I would want to buy a car too. Maybe soon, whatever.

    Call center postion---managerial position na rin pero recent lang as in one month pa lang.

    Experience---8 years and counting

    During my agent days: mostly clothes, shoes, then mga hulugan na items (watches) (mobile phones), mga out of town trips.
    Now that I am a Supervisor: got myself a condo (paid thru Pagibig), XDA Mini, IXUS digicam, a laptop, PSP, a 32' Philips LCD, and clothes pa rin and shoes, straight payment na jewelry, and this time out of the country trips na.

    Overtime, tipid at galing lang sa paghawak ng pera. I usually buy necessities like clothes since ayoko naman magmukhang kawawa compared sa colleagues ko. I am proud to say puro 'on-sale' items ang polo at jeans ko. Apply for a credit card and be cautious sa pag swipe ng purchases. Avail the installment plans ng mga stores.
