i guess there is now way you don't feel comfortable unless if you are in the business class (but still not excuse)most especially if you're 7-8 months.i suggest time to time stand up and walk (ask assistance to the attendants).for my experienced i traveled almost 2 days from qatar to brazil (stopover in london) sobra talaga jetlag ko and i was 8 months preggy that time.i was not able to slept the whole flight comfortable.0

Traveled from Manila to Kuala Lumpur and then KL to Europe in my 7th month, I was very comfortable naman. Just keep yourself hydrated by drinking water, and avoid softdrinks and coffee. Wala akong dalang travel pillows pero those might help. Yung parang biniyak na donut na linalagay around the neck to help you sleep.
Business class? Mag-economy ka na lang, then use the money you saved to buy stuff for the baby0 -
