pls help..can i ask some ideas and advises regarding about family planning..is injectible pills is much better than taking pills everyday?parang hindi kasi bagay sakin yung gamot kasi makakalimutin ako..sabi nila delikado un, mas malaki yung possibilities na mabuntis kapag nakakalimutan...so i prefer for injectibles..may mga brand din ba un?anong mas maganda?at mga side effects nya?

my OB didn't give me the injection one kasi they have a chance that can give you secondary infertility daw. She put me on birth control pills but di ata ako hiyang eh.
So i used Billing's Ovulation Method. Its a natural way of family planning where you check your discharges...if you wanna know more, tell me so that i can post how to do it.

yanibanani , share naman about your method. i don't think i'm ovulating yet but i think i'll probably go with NFP.

Billing's Ovulation Method

A woman is only fertile one day of the month while the man is fertile is fertile every moment of his life. So meaning, to avoid pregnancy, you abstain from you fertile day which is dapat one day lang in theory but since the ***** can live 3-5 days, you have to be more careful...
To avoid pregnancy, you do no do it on your wet days....because in these days are the days leading up to your peak ovulation day which is the wettest. In a normal 28 day cycle, this usually happens during the 10th-14th day of your cycle. Sa mga irregular naman, you have to be more careful in checking your discharges.
Fertile discharge is the slimy clear discharge na parang raw eggwhites.
However, if you are fertile and you want to do it and want to avoid pregnancy, you can very well use a barrier method which is a male or female condom.

Im using birth control pill..ok naman sa kin..hiyang naman ako. Medyo expensive nga lang.. pero mas mahirap naman if mabuntis ako ng hindi planned.
