who works here for unilab or pfizer? okay ba ang work, salary, and benefits?
sabi nila na mga pharma companies are very generous daw when it comes to the welfare of their employees, totoo ba?

free medicines, ok ang health care plan nila (kasama spouse mo sa plan). depende sa trabaho mo dun (unilab) kung ano ang benefits mo. if you'll be an accountant, you get to travel around the country (and possibly around SE Asia) where their affiliates are located.

hello!!! what positions hina hire ng Unilab, Pfizer? thanks!!
  • alam ko lang Chemical Engineers :D

hi guys! my dad works for unilab company. ok naman ang sweldo nila dun. siguro kung inde ok hindi kami makakapagtapos makapag aral magkakapatid (were 4). isa nalang ang nag aaral college. from what i heard agency na yata sila ngayon. and no regularization na sa unilab, lahat contractual basis nalang. and actually, nag ooffer na nga ang company for regular employees who wants to retire.
  • Meron ba sila positions for AB grads na may limited background sa sciences? Social science kasi background ko, history minor to boot. Sales, pr or marketing perhaps? Mukha kasing intruiging ang mga pharma companies

    Hi Guys,

I worked for Unilab before, contractual nga lang maganda naman benefits kahit contractual ka, lalo na regular bale libre pagkain then dali lang naman ang trabaho, IT ang job ko doon at wala masyadong challenge, malaki siya kung titignan mo sa labas pero sa totoo maliit lang siya, hindi ganoon ka high tech ang ginagamit nila. So far okay naman and you'll get to meet a lot of doctors.

Nag text (of all avenues of communication) sa akin ang HR ng Unilab yesterday that there's a vacancy for the positon of Research Assistant (a regular position).

The catch is, you must have at most one failing grade in your transcript.

Sabi ko sa sarili ko, "Good luck, kaya nga makapal ang TOR ko eh".

Ey! how did you apply in Unilab? Baka puwede ako dito...hheheh :)
  • pwede ba mag-apply dito nursing grads?:)
  • red_trackred_track Member PExer
    ok sa pharma benefits. =)
  • working for unilab as a medrep. ok naman so far. light lang ang work.
17.5 months pay, 9k starting. 3x a year tumataas pay, medical benefits, free meds, 125 per diem, plus incentives, car option to buy after 5 years. anu pa ba? hehe.
  • poohpypoohpy Member PExer
how much ba monthly salary ng med rep sa unilab? how about the car plan?? how much ull earn monthly.....
  • slurpeeslurpee Member ✭✭
unilab is a very good company. mabait sila sa employees nila kaya ang mga tao dun relax lang. hindi stressful ang environment
  • lexis_fiascolexis_fiasco Member PExer
for now, 10k maximum ng entry level if you havent had previous jobs yet. 3x naman tumataas per year plus mas mataas and increase nila compared most pharma companies.

yup, maraming benefits. pero hindi advisable kung single ka.
  • jtff7jtff7 Member PExer
lexis, is that for Unilab? Talaga? 10k lang maximum? I'm applying for a Business Analyst Position kasi. How long does recruitment process last? I've had my panel interview almost 2 weeks ago na kasi.
  • lexis_fiascolexis_fiasco Member PExer
    hi jtff7,

i've had around a month of interviews. one week pagitan ng bawat isa. but dont worry, medyo urgent kasi daw tong position na inapplyan ko eh kaya ganun.

yup, that's the amount for Unilab. yun na daw ang highest kapag wala pang job experience yung applicant. but i suggest, if you really want a good working environment + family benefits for kids + 3x raise every year, go ka na dito.

ive heard mababaw daw talaga ang starting sa mga pharma companies. pero maraming benefits.
  • lexis_fiascolexis_fiasco Member PExer
    mababa pala, hindi "mababaw"... :rotflmao:

I got a call from Unilab weeks ago... they want to schedule an interivew for a financial analyst vacancy position. Sadly I declined the offer, for I still have a 6-month tie-up contract with my current employer.

I never had the chance to ask the salary offer, so i'm curious... how much are they offering for that position? I'm a CPA currently working at SGV & Co.

Any inputs/feedback will be appreciated. thanks!
