High RBC count, Hematocrit and SGPT, low HDL

Just got my lab results so can the PEx MDs translate these for me please? My HDL is at 1.07 mmol/L, SGPT at 47.38 U/L, RBC at 6.11 and Hematocrit is at 0.543. As a graduate of the Google School of Medicine, so far I've learned that a high RBC can be caused by dehydration or polycythemia vera. A high hematocrit means I am at a higher risk of heart attack/myocardial infarction.

Sa makalawa pa kasi check up ko, should I be worried?

Lab results don't mean anything unless they are correlated with the clinical findings and the patient's data. No, you should not be worried for now. Go to your scheduled checkup so that your doctor can explain to you what your labs mean and he/she can answer any questions you might have.
